Message: | Mickey hated "Sings His Own" and "Harlequin Melodies." These were on the RCA label, and Mickey did not have control of the arrangements of the songs. If you listen to him, they are definitely not his "style." This led to his opting out of his contract with RCA and moving to Monument for "Looks Like Rain," the production of which he had complete control over. Mickey said he wished he could buy every copy of those RCA albums and burn them. As to his favorites, Susie answered that above. |
