Message:  Horst,

I feel the same with his songs played on the piano. The Acuff-Rose book, long out of print, gives me a hint as to what the song should be. It is not accurate, and no matter how much I try to put his songs down, improvise a little, it isn't Mickey.

On my way home from a concert tonight, I put in Silver Moon Cafe in my car CD player, and the soaring sounds of his voice, accompanied by strings and exceptional piano.... comes to us as a symphony. One cannot do it justice.

We can put our print on it....but isn't the same.
