The cowboys in Stetsons, jeans, boots, and bandanas, wraparound sunglasses and tropical shirts. Four news helicopters overhead. One wrangler from the Longboard Cowboys remembered; "I left Huntington in a Chevy in '66 and came back on a mule. That mule wears a bandana that reads, NEVER SURF DOWNSTREAM FROM THE HERD.
