Now here's the truth about LL's snide remark. He and Mamie drove all the way up to Fairfield, Sam's, one day and had lunch with my daughter, Amanda, one of LL's favorite people, Doug Mills, and of course, me. Now, here is the long and short of the whole deal ----I paid for everything, and they charged for 2 1/2 buffets for what LL ate. And that was after he stole the tip that Dave Franklin and I left on the table at El Chico's in Huntsville. Go figure!
