Dorothy, yes, it was a grand time and the first time I was exposed to the real "trouble maker"[:D] While sitting on a bench outside the White Elephant watching the Texas cowboys stroll by, we were greeted with "good evening LADIES"..........hmmmmmm[8)] An elderly man walked by and while chatting, asked if he could sing a song...well, he and Lady V sang all the "oldies"...not that I knew the songs[;)] Every once in a while he would sing me a 'love song'....heh heh As I remember back I have to ask "what in the world did I get myself into?" Well, it was the best time I had had in a loooong time and gave me one of the dearest traveling buddys I could have ever wanted. And it hasn't stopped....
