| Message: | We are aware of the problems people are having receiving CDs through the mail. Unfortunately we don't have control over UPS and the US Postal Service. Chris has filled over 100 orders this past December, and several of them have been slow to arrive. There seem to be issues with the weather and some overseas deliveries. We are working on putting a contact link on the front page so that emails will come directly to us. The Hotmail link we have used in the past has been troublesome this season. Many confirmations aren't getting through, and Hotmail has been inaccessible from time to time. Thankyou for your patience, and if you have questions, please direct them to <susan@mickjeynewbury.com>. We will take care of them immediately. We are also waiting for a release date from Bob and Owsley for the DVD. It's been promised for January, and we'll let you know as soon as it is finished. Susie & The Family |
