| Message: | Thank you all for the "down home" reception. I feel very welcome. I'm playing at our county's Bicentennial Oct.3 and I think I'm gonna play a Newbury tune. The old Kentucky boy told me that Mickey was alluded to in "Luckenbach Texas" by Waylon&Willie. True? I kinda wish I'd gotten here sooner--I think I would have liked Mickey. To all of you close to him--my condolences. When I came to the web sight I was sad to find that he had passed. Again, thank you all for the warm reception. Till we meet again, may the peace of Christ rule your hearts. |
