| Message: | Ms. Susie; your post tore at this ol' man's heart. I remember my Mother, now 93 years old, saying one time that she "could not imagine anything more terrible than surviving a child. Your post brought that comment to mind again. I am sure that all of us empathize with you, how- ever,to say that we know how you feel would be very wrong.....if we...I.... have never experienced such a loss. Nothing anyone can SAY can make your pain go away, but perhaps you can find some comfort in knowing we at least have an idea of the suffering that has been yours for 3 long years; and of course, the pain seems even worse during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holi- days. You are most certainly in my thoughts, and will be when I return thanks over our Christmas dinner. Bill Clark |
