| Message: | Joe, To make it real short,after Mickey found out I was a writer and I sang some of my songs He said "Would you mind if I demoed your songs? the reason I ask is people need to hear your songs all the way through and they will if they hear my voice." Would I mind?!! I thought just to have him singing them would be the highlight of My writing!! He did ,I had a sony reel to reel recorder in my truck and I brought it into the cabin...the rest is history. Waylon was the first one I took it toand he wanted to record it that day he heard it. Ihave his demos of 5or6 songs on tape I wouldn't take for. I could flesh out the story more and there is more. But Tha's basically it. I'll tell you the whole thing when I see you.OK? |
