Message:  In line with expense, accessability is, in my opinion, the key issue. Simplicity of usage is a close second. Everybody can access AND use the blue board. I imagine those two features ranked high on Mick's initial design criteria.      

"Old Blue" may still need a bit of tweaking, as Andrew pointed out.
