Message:  Jackie, CST means Central Standard Time. Right now the big is on 9 and the little hand is on 2. I myself am on Eastern Daylight Savings Time. Joe Z who lives in Richmond, Indiana is in Eastern Standard Time Zone. Although Joe is 160 north and east of me , his clock reads one hour slower than mine. You take Andrew in Missouri and I wish some one would. His clock is one or two hours behind me ,but not Joe. Remember Missouri is west of Indiana and that accounts for the clock being slower, well. not actually slower,but not as fast. Remember, Joe is one hour behind me. Anyway, if you take the square of the hypot....of the hipotnuse no, Well, whatever it is called ,square it and divide by 365 except leap year then add your age and divide by your desired weight. Oh, it's really easy when you get the hang of it. Jackie , I wouldn't go swinning for at least a fortnight or two weeks whichever comes first. Sorry, I said I wouldn't reply, but the Meeks made me do it
