CLICK ON THE LINK ON THE BACK PORCH TO SEE THE UPDATED LIST OF ATTENDEES ~ 5/23/2010 UPDATED CHART: (This chart will not post to the front porch ~ sorry) PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE GOING TO ATTEND THE GATHERING AND HAVE NOT NOTIFIED ME ~ I need your information as soon as possible: (Name of everyone in your group; are you staying at GuestHouse Inn and Suites? ; #rooms; #nights; Attending Kick-Off?; #Years attended Gatherings?; Friend, Family, Fan; etc.) AND, please continue to email me corrections, additions and new information so that I can update the chart. I can hardly wait to meet-and-greet-and-chat and get to know each of you at THE 2010 GATHERING. It will be great to have "faces" with all the "names" I am now familiar with! ROCKING ON THE PORCH with all my Mickey Newbury Rocker friends in the meantime will suffice as we chat, ‘swap stories’ and loooong for THE GATHERING. NOTE: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED SO THAT: 1)THE CORRECT DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS CHARGED, AND LATER 2) THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF MONEY IS CHARGED FOR THE 2010 GATHERING ACCOMMODATIONS THAT ARE PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL ~ ACCORDING TO THE SIGNED CONTRACT, and 3) so that YOU, the most important gatherers at the gathering, can keep abreast of the anticipated attendance chart for GATHERING X. |
