Subject:  Right, Larry..
Message:  Mickey was very good to me, despite that I found the porch by accident and hadn't even heard his music in the beginning. I landed here due to a prank on the Neil Diamond board that no one ever confessed to.

Anyway, I called Mickey and left a message one day and he called back an hour later or so. We talked for nearly three hours. He could talk about anything. And I loved to ask him questions.

I still remember one Friday evening when I first got here, I'd posted a question about song writing. I saw his response appear. So I asked another question, and he responded. This went on for a very long time, and I thought we were the only ones around to post that night. Eventually we "slowed down" the interview and people came popping out of the shadows posting that they'd been watching me ask questions and him answering, but didn't want to ruin the magic of it by interrupting by posting. What I wouldn't give to have the posts from that night to copy.
