| Message: | Does missing your parents still hurt a lot, Larry? Monday night I went to a church service honoring all the parishioners who had died in the last year. I started crying long before Mom's name was called and just kept crying through the whole service. I had myself under better control at her funeral than I did Monday night. Luckily, Dad took her candle to the altar instead of us going up as a family, or I think I would have started the whole church crying because the people with the symbolic candles stayed at the front of the church for quite a while. I've got another of these remembrance events coming up Sunday. Hope I'm calmer then. Sorry to hijack your thread... I didn't know where else to ask if this is normal. I'm glad you have such good friends. Should you be hanging out with politicians, though? Sorry, Ernie. :) |
