Subject:  Back- Bed Therapy
Message:  Told ya about the Pain Management Dr. writing me a prescription for an extra long , twin, hospital style bed , with a Temperpedic mattress, with a vibrator. ( With remote controle , of course)

My therapy is to pull up the i tunes on my computer, set it to play I Don't Want To Talk About It sung by Jonmark & Mickey and The Dutchman sung by Jerry Jeff Walker. I then lay down raise the foot of the bed as high as it can get, turn on the vibrator, of the bed, and listen to those two songs, loop, over and over and over......
