Hi Susan, Just thought your readers may be interested to know that my wife and i plus some friends had the pleasure of seeing Mickey perform in Melbourne Australia in the mid 70s (i think) he performed to a wonderfully receptive Melbourne audience and afterwards stayed back to sign his records and speak with his Down Under fans, he signed to Wendy and David - God Bless, we still have the record and the night still remains a very beautiful musical experience well over 30 years ago - God Bless Mickey Newberry - a musical story teller missed dearly, Regards David and Wendy Zeunert, Melbourne Australia 8/30/2009. |
