| Message: | I talked to Rosemary at the hotel this morning, we have over 50 room nights booked in our block of rooms. There are 20+ rooms available in our block for friday, sat, and sun, with room to add a few more if necessary, but if you are coming earlier, or staying later you need to book asap, if you want a room for extra nights. Here is what's left: 23rd-1 24th-6 28th-7. Please be sure and either talk directly to Rosemary in sales when booking your room, or tell the desk you want a room in the "MICKEY NEWBURY GATHERING" block of rooms. (Four Points Sheraton, Austin 512-836-8520) From the list of names she read to me, I think there may be some reservations already made that might not have gotten listed with our group.
