Message:  Hang in there, buddy. I KNOW your job must be rough. I didn't want to tell you this when I saw you in Austin, because I didn't want to scare you more than you probably already were. But I have a sister who teaches 4th grade and a brother who teaches high school. Both said they'd quit teaching if forced to teach middle school... they thought it would be that hard.

My hat is off to you! And it sounds like you're doing a great job.
