| Message: | Before I posted that, I found three sites crediting Lee Ann Womack with the lyrics. I just did another search, and most came up with Tia Sellers name only. Then I found a book with Mark and Tia's name as authors by the name of "I Hope You Dance," with an intro. by Lee Ann Womack. Next I found this BMI story... weird... it credits Tia Seller, but if you look at the end of the paragraph, it says something about credit not shared with Mark. http://www.bmi.com/news/entry/233044 I'd alos heard the same story about Lee Ann writing the song for her daughters. I'm guessing it was really written by Tia and maybe Mark. Whoever wrote it, I love it. |
