Billy Joe has two of the best lawyers in Texas. He has a permit to carry a gun...but not in a bar. This is what got David Crosby two years in a Texas Prison. One witness said that Billy had the gun out in the bar...I have to doubt that. If he didn't pull the gun until he was outside, he might walk on the charge. I'm sure Bill Smith could quote the law on this, but BJ needs a lot of support and a judge who likes country music.
