I think I speak for everyone who was around seven years ago when I say how much we are looking forward to meeting you in person. It takes me back to Gathering III, when I felt like I had hundreds of friends out there in cyberspace, and I had only met, face to face with three of them...Joe Z, Susan W. and Mickey.
After that first Gathering in Austin...I left with over a hundred great friends who I had met face to face. It puts a whole different spin on the Porch when I post now.

Of course there are a bunch of new folks, and even a bunch of the older crew that haven't made it to a Gathering yet. I won't name any names, as they know who they are.

Anyway...you are one of the special people who, without your efforts, none of us would have ever met in cyberspace or in person. We owe you.
