Message:  Well, I DO NOT have an autograph of Mickey, and I
am NOT an autograph nut. I have 4 autographs of
famous people: Albin W. Barkley, V-P when I was an 8th-9th grader; Joni James, on a bet when I was in the military about 1952-53; and two of Sonny James, one on paper about 35-40 years ago,
and one on my 1967 Martin D-28 guitar which I got
in June, 2005. BUT....I must admit that, while
I've never even CONSIDERED paying for an autograph, I would probably buy Mickey Newbury's
IF I could authenticate it, just to pass on to my
Grandsons, along with my Martin guitar! Quite a
change of mind for a man of my age......BC
