Message:  To answer your questions...no, I'm not over 70! Yes, I've read "real" reviews by "real critics",
some of the most respected in the country. I am aware that critics have different ways of looking at things. I never have had anyone explain to me what qualifies one to be a "critic".

If you can explain to me why people come from all over the world to the Newbury Gatherings, year after year, if it was not an enjoyable experience, then you might have a right to voice your ill conceived opinion.

If you've ever heard Laura Shayne Newbury sing her father's songs and think that Mickey isn't proud, you have no right to say a word.

Here in Texas a "mess" can be one hell of a fish fry....and with that mess comes hush puppys...
it's time to "hushpooty", you don't know what you're talking about!
