Message:  David, to my knowledge, there are no plans to redo any of what you speak, No one seems to know where the master tapes are. One theory is they were lost by a major record company.

As you may or may not know, the Box Set was done twice taking all the recordings from vinyl. As the technology changed, they were redone by Michael McDonald in Eugene, Oregon in 2002.

I still think the orginal tapes will show up in a warehouse someday.
