Message:  Due to global warming the glaciers are rapidly decreasing in size. The consequences for the future are frightening. Even in the Dolomites in northern Italy the bodies of First World War soldiers are surfacing from the glaciers.

I´ve just got back from England......I come from Essex,the driest part of England (just across the Thames Estuary from where Phil lives) and the temperatures there were the same as here. That poor old "green and pleasant land" is turning yellow.

Egbert, I sure am looking forward to seeing you and your beautiful country. Markus is excited too as he has heard so much about you....and he remembers what nice things Doug said about you on his show.
He (Markus) would dearly love to meet a lot more of you Porchers out there but no way could he ever take time off work in June to go to a Gathering.
