Message:  Pam: I was driving home from work at 1 AM when a DJ played Frisco Mabel Joy. I was so struck by the song that I parked for awhile to listen to the ending. I scoured the record stores in the SF bay area and finally found an album. I never found a time to see Newbury sing until he came to SF and sang and played with Marie Rhines. This is the second disk of "It might as well be the moon. I was hooked on Newbury from that night until now. I'm heading to Austin in June from California and it is a shorter drive from Ft. Worth so I encourage you to take that drive.
