$425.00 total - Alaska Airways (1 stop)
$455.00 total - Continental (1 stop)

To save a little money you can fly round trip from Houston to Portland (110 miles from Eugene) for:

$299.00 total Alaska Airways (1 stop)
$301.00 total Continental (non-stop)

I believe that non-stop is worth the extra 2 dollars.

The least expensive Southwest flight is a little over $300 after all the taxes and fees. They leave out of Houston Hobby Airport and only go to Portland as SusanW mentioned.
