| Message: | My granddaughter, Damris, lives in Portland, OR. She has a basement apartment, and woke up this morning to a flood. The rain is turning the streets of Portland into rivers. The window to this little haven is over her piano, and the water has rushed covering her most prized possession. Also lost are her electric guitar, her amp, a few hundred rare LPs, part of her computer. This is the tip of the iceberg. She also lost her bed, clothing and shoes. She is taking pictures, and her uncle, John, is coming over to give her some help. God love him. Luckily she didn't have anything plugged in. Damaris is a struggling student, works to support herself, and now this. Please pray for her, and give us some peace that all will go okay. Love and blessings to you all Karen |
