| Message: | At 7:30 am yeaterday morning, I talked with Brenda Newbury. She stated that Mamie was already in Livingston,TX and that she (Brenda) and Jerry were getting ready to head that direction. I assume Pete's home is in Livingston as Bill Pahlman informed us yesterday. Late last night, I spoke with Craig. He and Janet are staying in Houston. Craig is of the opinion that Houston will receive high winds and torrential rain but not the full force that Rita will level on the Gulf cities and towns. Craig's Father, Bill, is staying somewhere near Lake Charles, LA. He is in much peril........ both personally and possession wise. I pray all are friends in this part of Texas and Louisana make it through this ordeal. I believe the Can Man of Bolivar Peninsula, Bill Wilkins, needs some very special prayers. God's speed to all who are about to experience this force of nature! jimM |
