Message:  She has had to miss so many days ( with the surgery and all) that she has used up all her sick days. At the start of each school year you are given five state sick days and two local personal days. The state days can accumulate over the years if you don't use them. Between the endometriosis surgeries she has had and the two invetros to try and get pregnant she has used them all up a long time ago. Actually they have been very kind to her and overlooked some of the time she has missed to go to the doctor by covering her class for an hour or so.
