Message:  Connie, congratulations. I want to encourage you that Ava will be fine. My great-grandson, Kallan, (folks on the porch, his dad is the Jason who was in Iraq) was also just over 2 lbs at birth and he now a rousing, boisterous 4 year old. I was there in Ft Hood with them and it is amazing the care and all the things they can do for these babies.
